The GLAS 5D Structure is a simple framework designed to bring clarity and momentum to meetings, workshops, and structured conversations. It guides participants through five stages—Discuss, Discover, Define, Design, and Deliver—so ideas move from open dialogue to clear outcomes. Rather than conversations drifting or ending without direction, the structure creates a purposeful flow that supports thoughtful exploration and practical progress.
The process begins with Discuss, where perspectives and thoughts are surfaced so everyone understands what is present in the room. From there, Discover encourages deeper exploration—identifying patterns, insights, and influences that shape the situation. These stages build a shared understanding, allowing the group to move into Define, where the real issue, priority, or key question is clarified.
Once clarity has been established, the final stages focus on action. Design is where possible approaches, strategies, or solutions are shaped, turning insight into practical direction. The process concludes with Deliver, where the group agrees on commitments, actions, or next steps. Used consistently, the GLAS 5D Structure helps ensure that conversations not only generate ideas but also lead to meaningful outcomes.
