About Dani Saveker
Dani Saveker grew up inside her family’s 106-year-old manufacturing business, joining it full-time before becoming the fourth generation to lead it. She led the business through a management buyout, acquisitions, a devastating factory fire and, ultimately, its closure in 2009.
What followed was a search to understand why businesses that can survive extraordinary commercial challenges can still be shaped, and sometimes undone, by the human dynamics beneath them.
Today, Dani is the founder of GLAS and creator of the GLAS Method®, working with family and owner-managed businesses, leaders and advisers to make those often invisible dynamics easier to see, understand and work with.
Only in a Family Business… brings her back to where that understanding began: the stories, people and experiences of four generations of one family business.
