THE FIRST STEP IS AWARENESS

Confidence and Clarity are muscles that need regular exercise and strengthening. The stronger they are, the more we can regulate during times of challenge and impact.

CONFIDENCE AND CLARITY CAN EITHER WORK FOR YOU OR AGAINST YOU…IT’S YOUR CHOICE

Consider the following 5 questions (through your own individual lens or that of an organisation):

  1. Do you feel your energy and focus are going to the things that matter most right now?

  2. When you think about the future, do you feel more clear, more confident — or more uncertain?

  3. How aligned do you feel between what you want, what you do, and how others see you

  4. Where do you feel momentum and flow in your work or life — and where does it feel stuck?

  5. If things carried on exactly as they are today, what would excite you — and what would worry you?

Most people find at least one of these questions makes them pause. Which one spoke loudest to you?

When you think about these questions, do they reveal strengths in your organisation — or cracks in clarity, confidence, and culture?

These questions are at the heart of how the GLAS Method® helps individuals build clarity, confidence, and alignment — and spot where energy is being lost.

The GLAS Method® helps leadership teams see where energy is wasted, strategy is unclear, or culture is misaligned — and how to get everyone moving in the same direction.

Developed over 25 years, Dani Saveker needed a framework and methodology to sort out a range of challenges: in order to initially understand her own situation as CEO of the family business her great grandfather founded in 1903, but also to manage being a single parent, relentlessly competitive and a perfectionist. She realised that managing and regulating confidence and clarity was key.

The answer was to develop an approach and structure to support the interconnected nature of family, activities, impact, identity and purpose. As a result, she found that the benefits were far greater than she’d realised. The framework worked so well, and helped other people and businesses build confidence and clarity - creating what we now know as the GLAS Method®- the creative approach that underpins the Confidence and Clarity Builder and our consultancy services.
