What This Is
The Passport Plan is where GLAS becomes personal.
Together, we explore the seven GLAS elements and how they are currently interacting in your life and work. We pay attention to where things feel aligned, where they feel strained, and how you recognise those shifts internally.
From that exploration, we work together to identify your personal GLAS word set, the specific words that describe how you experience balance, clarity, tension, or overload across the elements.
Those words become your GLAS Passport.
What We Do Together
During your two-hour private virtual session, we will:
Walk through the foundations of the GLAS Method in clear, accessible language
Explore the seven elements as they show up in your real experiences, not hypotheticals
Notice patterns across identity, relating, activity, impact, purpose, leading, and motivation
Identify where balance is present, and where strain is quietly influencing decisions or energy
Co-create your personal GLAS word set, grounded in how you actually feel and operate
Complete your GLAS Passport as a clear visual snapshot of your current inner landscape
There is no fixing, pushing, or forcing insight. The work is about recognition and accuracy.
What You Receive
The GLAS Passport Plan includes:
A 2-hour virtual 1-1 session with me
Your GLAS Passport, which we work through together to capture your personal word set across all seven elements
A shared language you can return to when things feel noisy, pressured, or unclear
A practical reference point to support decisions, boundaries, energy, and direction over time
Your Passport becomes an anchor, something you can check in with regularly, rather than something you complete and move on from.
What Changes After
People often describe leaving the Passport session with:
Greater confidence in naming what feels off, without over-explaining
Clearer internal signals around decisions and boundaries
Language and understanding for what has happened - and often become patterns - in the past
Less reactivity, and more steadiness under pressure
A shared language they can use privately, or with trusted others
Relief in realising they were already sensing the truth, they just lacked the words
A way to identify patterns around them with others
This clarity tends to compound over time, because you now have a way of noticing earlier and responding more deliberately.
