GLAS Vision Original: Where Are You?

£4.95

This visual is a simple way to describe something that is often hard to put into words.

Rather than asking you to explain how you are, it invites you to notice it.

Within the image are 25 individual figures, each showing a different way of being, resting, observing, connecting, struggling, leading, or pausing. None are right or wrong. None are better or worse. They simply reflect different states we all move through.

You might recognise yourself immediately in one figure. You might notice several that feel familiar. You might even see where you were recently, rather than where you are today. All of that is valid.

The purpose is not to analyse the image, but to use it as a shared language. Pointing to a figure can say more than a long explanation ever could. It creates permission to be honest without needing to justify or perform.

This visual is especially useful when:

  • you are unsure how to describe your current state

  • you want to open a reflective conversation with yourself or others

  • you need a low-pressure way to check in, individually or as a group

  • words feel too heavy, or too limited

You can use it quietly, as a moment of self reflection, or openly, as a way to start a conversation. You can return to it over time and notice what changes, or what stays the same.

There is no expectation to move to a different figure, fix anything, or improve your position. Awareness is enough. Naming where you are is often the first and most meaningful step.

If you feel seen by this image, that is usually a sign that you are being honest rather than optimistic.

And that honesty is where clarity begins.
