Transition and Progress
Life comprises of constant change and adjustment - let’s face it, sh*t happens.
“Our greatest opportunity for innovation is at the point of change - seize it”
knowing where next
Life has a habit of throwing sh*t our way on a regular basis - sometimes expected, but mostly out of the blue. This can create a need to adapt, change and find the opportunities. Some of us are brave and decide to make changes ourselves - perhaps a change of job, starting a business, leaving toxic relationships, retraining… taking up origami (each to their own!).
However it happens, change and transitions are inevitable. How we respond to these is a choice - not always an easy one, but always important.
It’s not until we understand where we have come from, and then where we may be going, that we can build the bridge between the two. We can’t build strong relationships, and cultures, until we are in alignment with other people (including ourselves). We can’t build strong lives until we create the best foundations. We can’t build outstanding businesses until we realise they are about more than revenue and profit.
GLAS is all about interconnectivity; balancing specific elements and aligning them together. This means we take a multi-dimensional approach to our work. While the steps below seem obvious, the difference is the framework we have that enables it.
vision & Purpose
In order to do better, to make choices and to move forwards, we need to have a vision - a place to aim for. In addition to this, we need to know who we are and what our capabilities and strengths are. This often requires us to consider the past in order to visualise the future. To choose the luggage and leave the baggage.
approach
With the understanding of GLAS and its framework, elements and methodologies, you’re equipped to know who you are, where you’re going and why. Having this foundation enables you to have and use the tools required to then get there; you’ll have the ‘how’.
achieve
We don’t work with “goals” but with constant achievements and outcomes. We believe every day matters and we support our clients on their journey - not just the destination. From the moment of discovering the framework and how it applies to you - you’ll begin to achieve things you could never have even dreamed of.
