Have you noticed how easily we all accumulate sh*t? Let’s face it, sh*t gets heavy after a while and interferes with our ability to feel confident and have clarity about ourselves, what’s around us and where we’re going.

There are two main categories of the good ‘ol brown stuff:

    Probably the more obvious sh*t
    - the ‘to-do’ list, kids, work, cooking etc - that distracts us each and every day

  2. Emotional Sh*t
    That mysterious sh*t
    , often from our past, that holds us back and stops us being able to see clearly

While we’re poking fun at ourselves, let’s remember that this is the tough sh*t! It can result in us feeling overwhelmed and a little lost. What is more, this is nothing to do with how ‘successful’ (on paper at least) we are. We are able to achieve incredible things and yet feel empty and alone.
