HOW WE SPEND TIME - OUR ACTIVITIES, OUTPUTS and the RESULTS

This is where we spend most of our time and effort – being busy “doing” to achieve success, happiness and goals. It is the most visible area as it is where we ‘produce’ outputs and results. Our world is built on ‘doing’, we just need to be confident in our ability to regulate and balance this so it doesn’t become too much. This element focuses on the present and is a snap shot of where we are. When we work with children we refer to this as SCHOOL.
