WHY AM I STUCK?

Through working with individuals and businesses, families and teams for many years, one thing struck me time and time again. How often someone will say “I just can’t move forwards” or “no matter what I try, it just doesn’t work”, “my team isn’t moving forwards”, “sales are stagnant”, “what am I doing?” or to put it another way;

“why am I stuck?”

It’s not just people saying it that I’ve noticed, but when I’ve walked into businesses, groups or meetings, you can even feel it.

Why? Because the energy isn’t flowing. Now I get that that sounds like hippy sh*t and a bit woo woo, but it’s true. However, stuck doesn’t always show up as no energy, sometimes its too much energy and what you see is a type of manicness. For any fans of Friends (the US TV show), you’ll be familiar with Monica. Monica is manic. For those that remember the loveable Joey, Joey was stuck. Rachel moved from one to the other and back, sometimes resting in energy - like when she got promoted and found self confidence and knew what she was great at. So my questions to you are:

  1. How are you stuck?

  2. How are you manic?

  3. How are you energised?
