alignment and dynamics

When everyone has their sh*t together and heads in the same direction, the vehicle moves effortlessly. When someone or something isn’t sorted, everything is harder. People are everything - in all aspects of life. People come with their sh*t…fact! The more you do the work on yourself and understanding others, the better the alignment, dynamics and progress.

to make a real difference, you have to sort the real sh*t

Who doesn’t love a simple answer, the magic pill and ‘quick fixes’ ?

Well guess what…anything worthwhile requires time, patience and hard work.

Given that our relationships - including their alignment and dynamics - are vitally important to us all (personally and professionally), they too need more than a “quick fix”.

We’ve all experienced facing difficult conversations and have either avoided them or got into a right old pickle. We’ve all ‘pretended’ that we’re fine because we feel this makes others happy. This short-term view will never create sustainable long term success for anyone.

awareness

The starting place in improving alignment and dynamics for a group, is never the group of people but instead, it begins with each individual. To enable long-term sustainable improvement, it’s essential for individuals to firstly self-align and understand who they are and what their purpose is.

meaning

Once you have everyone individually self-responsible and aware, the next step is to agree the collective focus - a greater meaning that everyone can align (and be held accountable) to.

achievement

Finally, the adjustments are made through agreed expectations, clarity and confidence. Very often this is where people try to start - but for the real change to happen, the real work is needed.
