The GLAS Method® was developed to provide a simple and clear language, framework and process to build and improve how leaders and entrepreneurs see things and feel about things - personally and professionally.

GLAS was created to give people a practical, human system for closing the gap between intention and action—originally designed to make sense of founder Dani Saveker’s own family business and its complex realities.

    Chief Executive

    Executive & Leadership Specialist

    Jo is a seasoned leader in cultural transformation and leadership development, she’s known for making tough, strategic decisions that create lasting impact. Her work builds cultures rooted in integrity, trust, courage, and empathy. Her purpose is CARE.

  • Will Hemming

    Chief of Tech & Accounting

    Will Hemming has been a big part of the GLAS development and journey, providing background support and management. His purpose is “ADVENTURE” and lives this wherever possible, especially in the mountains!

    Chief of Organising

    Carly Brown is a vital part of the GLAS family, making sure everything and everyone runs smoothly. Her purpose is “STRUCTURE”. Alongside keeping us all in order, Carly is also an amazing artist!

  • Wendy Hill

    Wendy Hill based in the UK - Powered by GLAS - is the go-to person for nutrition and making sure we’re well balanced and able to ‘SHINE’. Her purpose is “RESILIENCE”. Wendy hosts a fabulous podcast and is mum to Woody the dog!

  • Simon Ormston

    Simon Ormston is based in the UK - Powered by GLAS - and focuses on delivering dynamic solutions and programmes for senior leaders of marketing, business development, sales and technology. His purpose is: "PIONEER". Simon loves getting away from it all in his camper van.

  • Brooke Summers-Perry

    Brooke Summers-Perry runs our US offering - Powered by GLAS - and is based in Houston, TX. Her focus is ‘inspired vision.’ By facilitating retreats and designing and delivering simple practices, she helps people find wholeness and meaning in their day to day sh*t.

    She’s a spiritual director, artist and writer. Her purpose is “LOVE”
