About Us

The Company behind GLAS Method & GLAS Vision

The GLAS Method® was developed to provide a simple and clear language, framework and process to build and improve how leaders and entrepreneurs see things and feel about things - personally and professionally.

GLOBAL
LIFE
ALIGNMENT
SYSTEM

The GLAS Method® was created to give people a practical, human system for closing the gap between intention and action — originally designed to make sense of founder Dani Saveker’s own family business and its complex realities.

Confidence and clarity are the fundamentals of lasting success — whether you’re an individual, a team, a family enterprise, or a global organisation. When head and heart align, decisions make sense, relationships strengthen, and progress becomes sustainable.

At the core of the GLAS Method® is The GLAS Elements Framework™ — the structural foundation that defines the seven elements present in every part of life and business. It provides a shared language for balance and alignment between head and heart.

The GLAS Method® is how that framework is applied in practice — a living methodology that helps people recognise, align, and regulate those seven elements in real time. As clarity and confidence grow, they naturally cascade through relationships, decisions, and cultures, creating meaningful results and sustainable progress.

Audits & Discovery

See clearly where you stand.

Through structured conversations and diagnostic tools, we uncover the patterns, strengths and gaps across the seven GLAS elements. You’ll gain a clear picture of identity, alignment and opportunity — a foundation for meaningful progress.

  • Our approach is not a 'woo-woo' one, but one built on years of solid research and experience with creative, enjoyable and practical steps and a framework to pull everything together. If you've experienced 'business consultancy', 'coaching' and 'therapy' (as most family businesses will have done) - GLAS is the balanced and inclusive approach to pull everything together in a simple and incredibly impactful way - and allow you to move forwards. We shape our services around your needs to build your confidence and clarity.
