About Us

The Company behind GLAS Method & GLAS Vision

The GLAS Method® was developed to provide a simple and clear language, framework and process to build and improve how leaders and entrepreneurs see things and feel about things - personally and professionally.

Being able to feel confident and see clearly is how true success is created and sustained - allowing executives to thrive.

Of course, once any leader improves their own confidence and clarity, it cascades throughout their organisation - building outstanding cultures and resulting in exceptional achievements, not to mention finding fulfilment.

Organization

Most organisations are familiar with the need for having a clear vision, set of values, a mission statement...and other such 'corporate best practice' things.

  • However, how do these things add value to your organisation? How do they get embedded to strengthen the culture? How do you know how good your values and vision etc are anyway? The GLAS Blue Print is process and document that sits at the heart of any organisation that covers 7 essential areas. This process creates the GLAS Blue Print document that can be used to help your recruitment, onboarding, decision-making, strategy, communication, governance, marketing, raise finance, increase equity valuations...sound good? what underpins the confidence and clarity builder?

The assessment we’ve created for you is based on the core principles of the GLAS Method®. (GLAS stands for Global Life Alignment System).

The roots of the GLAS Method® - the framework and approach - lie firmly in nature; interconnectivity, balance and alignment. To accompany this, we have drawn on a greater depth and breadth of understanding in fields of; behavioural science, psychological studies, more than 25 years of qualitative and quantitative research, and business practice.

We identified, very early on, what shows up when businesses, teams and individuals are “successful” and equally, when they are struggling.

The GLAS Method® consists of a set of philosophies and 7 elements which exist in all living systems, from life to business and our relationships to our sporting endeavours. The 7 elements are listed below…

The Seven Elements:

  • Identity

    01

(WHERE / Past / Heart) Who you are, shaped by your story and values. Balance feels like: confidence, stability, authenticity and calmness. Imbalance feels like: uncertainty, instability, doubt.

  • Relate

    02

(WHO / Past–Present / Heart) Your relationships with self, others, and the world. Balance feels like: harmony, connection, safety and trust. Imbalance feels like: tension, disconnection, lonely, pretending.

  • Activity

    03

(WHAT / Present / Head) What you do — actions, work, tasks, behaviour, results, focus of time and energy. Balance feels like: energy, progress, results and enjoyment. Imbalance feels like: overwork, stuckness, manic busynes

  • External World

    04

(WHAT IF / Near Future / Head) How you respond to external factors: environment, market, opportunities. Balance feels like: awareness, growth, adaptability and connection. Imbalance feels like: overload, disconnection, reactivity.

  • Purpose

    05

(WHY / Future / Heart) Your deeper meaning and direction — the "pin in the map." Balance feels like: fulfilment, meaning and clarity of vision. Imbalance feels like: lost, trapped, directionless.

  • Leading

    06

(HOW / All Time / Head) How you guide yourself and others — strategy, decisions, direction. Balance feels like: clarity, alignment, progress and hope. Imbalance feels like: chaos, indecision, scattered, illusion.

  • Motivation

    07

(WHEN / Infinite / Heart) The drive and energy that sustains you. Balance feels like: healthy drive, resilience and sustainability. Imbalance feels like: exhaustion, lack of energy, stagnation.

Simply put, success stems from the combination of confidence and clarity and these two things being both aligned and balanced across the 7 elements (just described above).

In fact, we discovered that alignment is associated with clarity and balance is associated with confidence. Alignment and clarity run on a vertical axis, while balance and confidence run on a horizontal axis.
