While the exact number is impossible to define — because it depends on how you measure and on individual differences — some studies suggest the average person makes over 35,000 choices daily. That includes everything from subconscious micro-choices to life-changing, deliberate ones. What struck me is not just the scale, but the quality of our choices and decisions.
